No. The Sakti Solution is portfolio governance, not project management. It operates at the directorship level, not the project manager level. It addresses strategic decision-making, capital protection, and executive intelligence — not task scheduling or resource allocation. Your PM handles the daily schedule; we give leadership the signals and decision rights to act on.
Full methodology deployment is typically 3–4 months for all five roadmaps. Roadmaps I–III take 5–9 weeks. Roadmap IV (Intelligence Throne) is ongoing — it doesn't have an end date. Roadmap V (Recovery) is conditional and only activates if recovery is needed.
